Please see picture to see the tips of my coral are turning white. I don't think it's the light because other parts of the coral are higher up and no showing at signs of whitening.

My thought is chemical imbalance?

Calcium is at 400
Alk is at 8.5
Mag testing today.

I don't know what else is could be. My other corals are not showing any signs of white. The only thing is my hairy Mac. Is not as extended.

Could be a pest, like a nudis perhaps. That's a monti and there is a specific one that eats em. However they are also in my experience great monitors of water quality. When they lose color or bleach something is up.
