Coralife 30" PC, 2X65W lighting system

I dont have the bulbs for them and I think one of the ballests might not be working, Im not really sure I dont know much about them but if someone does they can have the set for cheap. The fans come on when I turn them one but I dont have lights to plug in to see if the system works.

Ill ask $30 for the lights, I have the skimmer for sale I will get rid of both for $50.
