Coralife Lunar Aqualight

Hi all, I picked up a used Coralife Lunar Aqualight 4 bulb 48" T5HO yesterday missing the LED wall plug / adapter. Coralife calls it the Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow LED adaptor.

Can someone give me the output specs (volts/amps) for this unit?

I downloaded the owners manual and searched the web, Coralife seems to be very secretive about their specs(?)
