Coralife Power strip timer

I have a Coralife power strip digital timer, the led screen doesn't light up not does the timer work but the power strip works. Anyone have any advice

I'm guessing by light up you mean the display doesn't turn on at all? If you hit mode enough times will it turn the strip on and off? Should run off ac voltage also but check the battery on the back see if there's any corrosion inside there

Okay I still got nothing, no corrosion I guess I'll have to buy a new battery and try that but it's less than 6months old
