Coralife Royal blue bulb

I have a Coralife fixture that came with 2x65 10000k lights..i was looking for more blue in my tank..if I switch one bulb to a "royal blue" will this be enough light for soft corals? it says it has a 470nm depth..thanks..The guy at big al's said it did not mater as blue light penetrates deeper than white light, is this true..i want to make sure the few frags i have get enough light

so it would be 1xroyalblue and 1x10000k

470nm is actinic blue, so not alot of usable light.

how big the tank?
