Coralife Super Skimmer Help?

I have a CSS125 for almost 6 months. Recently, the skimmer started acting up. Once every 3 - 5 fives, the skimmer will give out a loud water-sucking sound and the water/foam level will rise really high, which sometimes will overflow the cup. I took the pump out and cleaned it, hoping to fix the problem. I didn't fix it but things got worse. Microbubbles are now leaking out from the pump itself. Anyone has experienced this or knows how to fix these 2 problems? I was thinking of calling Coralife but I don't know their #, so can anyone give me their phone numbers please?

I have one but have never had that happen, you might want to just take it all out and clean it and put it all back together again. The number is 310-851-8999 or 800-678-8844.

i have the css 220 and used to have micros released out of the pump intake... i just let it be and the leak was filled with slime id imagine, just stopped one day. how far is youre intake from the surface?

My intake is about 1.5 - 2 inches from the surface.
