Coraline Algae

[Pufferpunk]

Got a used 90g tank. The seller did a great job scraping the coraline algae off the glass but was afraid of scratching up the intake "tunnel" on the outside, so it's still fairly pink. Is that OK? Willl that cause problems with ammonia from the dead algae?

It'll be fine if left on, or it can be removed by covering the alga with some vinegar soaked paper towels for a 1/2 or so.

Agree with Doug, it shouldn't be a problem.
