Corallife 36" T5 high output lights

I have this fixture on my 65 gallon tank. I have had some corals start receding in thier growth. I have had all water parameters checked. Found phosphates a little hi and corrected that and did several smaller water changes. My tank is 9 months old. Is it possible my 10,000 K bulds are in need of replacing? is there a way to test these bulbs?

I believe they generally recommend to replace them yearly.

i have been told that you chould replace t5 bulbs every 6 months.

Replace them with ATI Blue Special, Coral Plus, and true actinic
