Does anyone have firsthand experience with them? I'm looking at a pair of their 250W electronic ballasts with dimmers to run a pair of Lumenarc III's with Reeflux 12000K lamps.

I don't have dimmers but I do have two of the 250w E Ballasts and one of their VHO ballasts and have been happy with all three. I have been using XM 10k SE bulbs for the last two years and just ordered 2 of the Reeflux 10k to try this time.
