Could a 3/4 point all dip cause RTN?

Tuning my doser in. All went from 8.6 dkh to 7.8 over the course of several days.

Doesn't seem like a dragon shift but a couple acros are RTN ing like crazy from the base up.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't think a shift downward like that over a number of days would be the source. But that combined with another stress source could cause a problem. Cover the simple things first, that's what it normally is.
