Could my Anemones eat a powder blue tang?

I had a 4" powder blue tang that has VANISHED from my tank. I see no jumper carcus nothing in my sump. I moved half of my live rock. No body anywhere.

Nitrates: 0 - 0.5
Amonia: 0
Nitrites: 0
PH 8.23
Temp 79 - 80.5

No new crazy activity in my protein skimmer. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just a missing 4" tang. I have a slightly larger Hippo Tang and a Foxface that are similar in size that have been in the tank for a year.

The powder blue showed no signs of illness. It had always been a little skinny (maybe they are supposed to be, I don't know), but he'd been in the tank for a little over a month. He's been missing for 48 hours, so I think I've waited the required time to file the "missing persons report".

I have 20 or so BTA's in my tank. I would think them to be too small or the fish too big for them to eat it, but far stranger things have happened in my tank.

Thanks
