Could White Spot's Be Something Other Than Ick?

3 months ago I had added a blue hippo tang (Not quarantined, I know better now!) to my tank that got ick within a week after getting him, and unfortunately he gave it to my Foxface and my Black/White Bannerfish. I have a yellow tang too, which never got ick, but had black spots instead. I setup a QT tank and treated with copper.

After a month of QT, I lost the hippo tang, but the rest seemed to recover fine. I know I had made a couple mistakes by not putting all my fish in QT and should have left the tank clear for 6-8 weeks for sure, but again, I know better now.

Current situation: All the fish I have listed below that are currently in my tank look happy and healthy, shot of the Black/White Bannerfish. This fish looks good, other than it still has maybe 10 tiny white spots on each side, and has been like this for the last 2 months at least. He has always eaten like a pig, his condition never fluctuates, he has looked and acted exactly the same for the last 2 months. My question is, since none of the other fish have contracted ick, and the bannerfish's condition has been the exact same, is there a chance it has something other than ick?

Please let me know what you think, I'm not sure If I should be doing anthing to treat this fish or not?
