Cowrie and Queen Conch

Have a Tiger Cowrie, Queen Conch and tuxedo urchin in a 45g (tank break down purchase). There is visible hair algae do I need to supplement. Was misinformed on a couple sites about how large tank should be. Have a 10g could move one into but trying to give as much space as possible at this time.
