CPR AquaFuge and Chaeto

I have an Aquafuge 3.6 Gallon aquarium made by CPR and had a few questions about it:
I plan to run it BB, but if I were to line the bottom with shells, would that help in pod breeding?
Does it need a lot of flow, it doesn't have a pump, but I have a spare RIO 600, 200 GPH, would that suffice?
It also doesn't have a light, but I have a 20" fixture that takes 18" bulbs that fits perfectly. I went to Petco today and they have 18" bulbs that are 15W, would that be enough to grow Chaeto? And if so should I get the 4,200K, the 6,700K, 10,000K, or the 18,000K?

Thanks in advance for your answers!!

the shells in the bottom will collect detrius so not a good idea, the chaeto is a pod home magnet, so no need for much more othe than maybe some LR chunks, the light anything above the 5000k mark should work fine, how many gph is the pump into the fuge? i think you should be fine without the extra pump :)

Don't be afraid of a miracle mud type subsrate in your fuge. I have an ecosystem set up and my nitrates and nitrites are undetectable. It also encourages pod growth and releases trace elements into your system.

I have the same basic fuge with sand and mud. I'm also growing chaeto in mine with a lamp like the one you got 18" 15w daylight bulb (6700k). I have a minijet pump that is better for your application 79-153 gph
