Crab ID

What kind of crab is this? He was a hitchhiker on some live rock I purchased.

I am not sure, but my rule of thumb has been: If it is hairy and has red eyes......... Get rid of it or at least put it in jail.

I've had a decent sized red eyed crab in my reef for 2 years, grown him up from a couple of millimeters to almost an inch long. He hasn't harmed anything, yet. That one looks cool, if you see it trying to eat something, you could put it in a fuge or a sump, or give it to someone. They could use it to feed their mantis shrimp.

So he's probably bad news? Any idea what kind of crab he is?
