Crab ID

I setup a new saltwater tank for the first time and all is going well except I found a small crab. I am not sure what he is and what I should do with him. Any help with an ID would be great! Thanks!

I think as a general rule of thumb most crabs can be troublesome when they grow up. Just a matter of when. Might want to throw him in the sump to be safe. I remember reading somewhere that black claws are generally a red flag as well.
