Nice scape. Must get unreal growth with the 10k lighting. Have you tried any other bulbs? 15 or 20k?

Yep no fish. As for being pale and hungry. No these are just new to the tank and have not colored up yet. Here are some more acclimated tank mates.

Some acros can exhibit excessive DT extension when shocked or stressed, however the photos you just posted are proof this is not the case here. Looking good brother!
