Can anyone tell me exactly what these are? Seem to be translucent, and I believe I saw the larger one eat a tigger pod. They are currently residing in my pod culture

Almost looks like some kind of squid. I wish you had a better close up of them.

It's an acoel flatworm. Usually the whitish ones like the one in your pic don't make it to plague densities.

So are they something the could affect my pod population or something I should just leave alone?

When I used to have them they always disappeared on their own. I think for now you should leave them and see what happens. If you start seeing more and more then you could treat to kill them but that risks the pods. I'm betting they will disappear.

What kind of pods are you trying to culture? I saw you mentioned tigger pods. Are you aware that they are a temperate species requiring lower temps?

Yes I'm aware, I think they've multiplied a little since starting. I'm hopefully going to order some tisbe from algae barn once I get the buy one get one
