A few stats:
tank: 10 Gallon running for ~5 weeks
Lights: T8 50/50 on 10 hours (but need to get a time since I'm not great at timing)
Skimmer: fluval mini
flow: 2 maxi-jet 400
water: DI from work (a laboratory), weekly 10% change
Salt: reef crystals
Parameters: all good except phosphate at <0.25 ppm (using api now, will switch) and Mg at 1140
CUC: 3 trochus (I had a turbo but lost it......), 2 blue hermit, 1 emerald, 1 shrimp + various hitchhikers
Live stock: I did get talked into a green star polyp that seems to be doing well and growing like crazy, no fish yet
The bad stuff: that pic is clean but I've got cyano on the sand and glass :-( trying to figure out how to fix it.

I like the cove on the right. Rocks seem to be right on the glass though. Why not paint the back of the tank? Would be cool to have that top rock as an over hang. Just one rock holding it up.

Sigh, yeah.... That cove is exactly why I haven't shifted the rocks yet. I can get to most spots with the vacuum yeah I am blocked.

Top rock as an over hang huh? I could do that, its acting as a bit of a counter balance but I could shift on of the left rock to the middle, and free up one side of the glass too.....

It's called negative space. Take out the rock in the middle and use the rock on the left with the top rock and make a small over hang. Just an idea your scape should be what you like. You can bond the rocks together to make them stable. You could also make the middle rock part of the cove. You probably don't have a lot of width to work with and that makes it tough. Another option would be to trim the rocks that make the cove down a little bit to give you more space.

New arrangement

New arrangement

That's a really great look SFish, I think that if I stick with my upgrade plans (1 year out) I'm going to try yo get rock that will work for that look. I tried with my current rock set but it wasn't happening. But I think I got an arrangement that I like that gets the rock off the glass:
