Crocea lighting HELP!!!

hi

i have a 25 gal tank tall 24x12x20 and have about 3-4inch of sand sow i have about 16-17 inch of water....

the clam is on the sand .... right now i have a 250W MH light over it but now im starting to think that its a bit too much for this tank....

will 5 T5HO be good instead of the MH .... and if sow which bulb combination should i use ????

maybe try acclimating him to the light first. From what I've read, clams require intense light.
