Crocea Not Securing

Hi,

I'm new to the board and clams and have been doing a ton of reading before I bought my first crocea. I must say the info on here has been a god send!

Now I have my first question. How long does it take for the clam to fasten to the rock work? I've had my guy for about 1mo and he still has not connected??? Is this normal? He seems completely healthy otherwise.

Usually, they can attach themselves in a couple of days if they're happy with the spot (at least true with the 3 croceas that I have/had). If you believe the clam's completely healthy otherwise, I don't think you need to worry about it.
