Crosshatch with white patch

I will try to make this short but also want to include enough information.

Got a pair of crosshatch triggers the end of May. Had them in QT up until about 3 weeks ago when I added them both to the DT. While in QT neither showed any signs of anything, didn't have to treat, etc.

Yesterday my female came out at feeding time with a white patch on one side of her chin. There are no growths, ect just a patch with color loss. The fin on the same side looks frayed. She is eating and swimming as usual, no rapid breathing, scratching. What is this?

Tank info:
540g DT
90g Refugium
75g Sump

Salinity: 1.025
PH: 8.05
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: Less than 20 (a little higher than normal, trimmed the macro back a little too much a few days ago)
Phosphates: 0
Temp: 79-80 help constant by the chiller

Tankmates: 2 volitans, male crosshatch, magnificent rabbitfish, Vlamingi tang, scopas tang, blue hippo tang, lieutenant tang, and a zebra eel

Sorry the picture is so blurry, best I could get this morning with her moving. Also the side of the tank is a dirty and scratched so you are seeing the marks on the tank not on her.

Thanks for the help!

Was kind of my first thought but I know there are so many different diseases that present in so many different ways. I have been lucky(knock on wood) up to this point that I have had very healthy fish so didn't know if I should be concerned.

Thanks!

Try doing a 5 min fresh water dip. It maybe something, but its just for ease of mind.

If it doesn't look any better I will try that in a couple of days. Just don't like the thought of trying to catch her. Would probably mean taking out about 600 lbs of rock. :thumbdown

Do a search, there are several easier methods of catching fish--fish hook and go fishing, traps, drain water into several trash barrels until low enough to get fish and night time snatch and grab when they're sleeping..
