No hermits or crabs. I would just go with a mix of snails that you like and add or take away as needed. A pencil urchin might do well in a 120 eventually too.
Is your tank set up and cycling yet? You don't want to overdo you CuC in the beginning because there won't be a whole lot for them to do until you get your tank established and a lot of algae growth.
Anyway, personally I like the CuC packages from reefcleaners.org. After you tank has been cycling for a month or so and you have some algae growth I would get a package for a tank about half your size(partly because he usually sends extras and partly because you won't have a ton of algae build up yet). Then from there just watch your tank and add when you think it is needed. If you are having hair algae problems throw in some turbos and maybe a pencil urchin, ect.
