Cupramine not working?

Hi all, I currently have a new regal tang in qt. he developed ich straight away so I'm treating with cupramine. It's now been two days since the level got to 0.5 and he is still covered in white spots (looks like salt). I know it's a two week plus treatment, but when can I expect the ich on him to die?

It's going to take some time as copper only kills the free swimming stages of ich. The dots are the exit wound of the parasite.
