Doing a rock scape and somehow I lost the directions that came with this stuff. Thought it said it would be able to cure while submerged, but I don't want to take a chance unless I know for sure. I've seen conflicting opinions. Was hoping someone could let me know what the deal is with this stuff. I already emailed Marco Rocks, but I'm trying to get this done ASAP as I'm trying to move a tank and time is limited.
