current orbit light schedule...

i have a 4 x 96watt current orbit on my 90 gallon....my question is...what time do i set which lights?? during the day do i run both switches? (i know its rookie speak...but i mean both the white and the blue/purple bulbs) or do i just run the white ones during the day? it seems more intense with both on...any help would be great...thanks!

I run my antics for an hour, then the antics and white daylight for 10 hours and then antics for an hour followed by just the moonlights for a few hours, then darkness.
