Current USA mini-chillers

Anybody have experience with these things on smaller tanks? The 46 just won't stay below 84 degrees. We've tried all the conventional solutions. We've got 2 muffin fans on the canopy now and even with the halide off it's still too hot. The room is a bit warm, but we've been running a fan in there pointed AT the sump so I'm running out of ideas. Obviously, a mega-huge chiller is overkill for a tank this size and I don't really want to spend $600 on a chiller for my *smaller* tank and have no place to put such a beast.

Also, if you've seen them locally PM me with where. I'm lazy like that =)

Just wanted to update this and let ya'll know that I got an Artica 1/10 HP chiller for my tank last week. It's working really well and it is amazingly quiet. Part of the fun of the hobby (for me) is the cool toys, so - yeah - I bought a chiller rather than deal with adding water to the sump of the 46 every 8 hours due to evaporation loss.

The jawfish and skunk clown are happier. I can tell.

nice!
how much?
how is it plumped to the system?
how much cooler is the display?
how much higher/lower is electric bill?

1. $450 plus tax
2. It sits next to the system (looks like a PC) and has 3/4" tubing running to and from my sump
3. I'm lowering the temp gradually, but it will ultimately pull it down around 8 degrees. Might be able to go lower but I don't need to.
4. Don't know that yet. I fear. Oh yes, I fear.
