Currious about a Encrusting Porites Coral with Bisma Worms and coral dipping

What kind of dip? brand? In general with the harsh pest dips like revive and coral Rx I believe will kill the spirobranchus worms, but the porites, which in the trade is almost always Porites lutea will be fine.
As far as using a less agressive dip like a lugols bath, will less likely kill the worms, but wont be effective against most pests.

If it was me, I would inspect closely and place in tank, however not exactly 100% safe, phestilla nudis can be a cocern but only eat porites, my guess is you may not have much if any porites in your tank, if the worms were burrowed in a type of encrusting montipora and you were adding them to the typical sps aquarium with quite a bit of montipora it would be a different story. If you have an QT with the proper lighting/flow already setup it can't hurt but I'd feel comfortable just adding to the tank.
Just my .02.

I'd skip dipping, but only after cutting off the bottom of the rock where the Porites meets the rock so that the edges of the Porites are all freshly cut. This will remove any pest eggs that may have been laid on the exposed rock area.
