i recently got a pyramid butterfly which had a few scars and was a little beat up, besides that he is eating just fine, and swimming acting fine/healthy. I was just starring at him and got a good look at his mouth. His bottom lip looks like its split and a gash/cut on the side of his mouth. A good description is it looks like he got a hook or something torn out from the side of his mouth. Im just wondering if this could be a bacteria or fungus any type of disease. Should I worry about this? will it heal up? and again its not affecting his eating. thanks for any input!
