cycle in a day?

Hey all,
I just started a 15 gal tank and I'm planning on getting coral, fish and crustaceans for it. I bought a bag of caribsea substrate for it that apparantly comes straight from the reefs. It has crushed coral, sand and seawater in the bag. It claims it has all thats neccesary in the bag to instantly cycle the tank and I can add fish within a day if the salt level is good, which it is. Is this true? If not, how long should I wait before adding anything.

at least 2-4 weeks.....better 5-8 weeks.
....all levels, which you need test kits for, need to zero out after their respective spikes, which would kill most fish, and stay at '0' for a few weeks.

I know it's hard to be patient with your first new SW tank. Your livestock will thank you in the end.
