cycling and algae question

I have a 55 gal reef tank thats been up and running for about six weeks. I was wondering what types of algae are common during the cycling process? I am experiencing some diatoms now and also some green hairy looking algae on the live rocks. I use ro water and my tank parameters are salinity 1.026, Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0, and phosphates are .02. No real livestock other than a leather and a zoo frag. I am wondering if this green stuff will stop once the tank is well established or is this something I am going to have to treat somehow?
Thanks

yes got snails and crabs. They seem quite busy. That green hair algae worries me a bit because I don't see the cleanup crew doing much in that area.

Wow I would think that the salinity of 1.026 would be a little high. But that is just me not ment to step onb any toes. I was wondering though why you run it so high If im not mistaken the average for the sea is about 1.024 but i may be wrong.

I live close to the ocean so I tested the water in the Gulf and thats what the salinity was so that's what I have been going with.
