Cynarina damaged all of a sudden

So I feed it coral frenzy on Tuesday night and it was in FULL BLOOM (bigger than ever) when I left the tank.

Next day the tissues was all tight (like it does a lot) but the skeleton spikes had pierced the tissue in a few spots.

Can't be good! Not sure how that happened, unless one of the clown fish got busy with it when it was all inflated.

How badly damaged is it?:(

2 ocellaris clowns (that I think already jacked up half of a paly colony and got the crap stung out of them)

Clown Fairy WRasse and a mandarin

I'm totally bumming. THis thing was a killer specimen. Looked super until yesterday. It went nuts the other night when I fed it. Got super inflated. I went to bed and now

Coral was still feeding alright last night.

Anything I can give it to promote healing, or jsut leave it alone. I think it had a combination of too heavy flow and some fish damage.

I've adjusted the flow, moved the coral into a little more "protected nook"

ANything else? I really want to save this thing.
