Light, like 70W PC close to them, or direct sunlight (without overheating). Feed the damaged one as frequent, as it wants (every day, I mean), healthy - 2-3 times a week. Very soft water flow, not downstream from heater. Will react on fast drastic changes, but will survive (IMHE). Will do better without softies, LPS only tank. No sharp object arounf to tear flesh, Fiji LR is OK.

Feeding, light, peaceful surroundings, clean water.
Good luck!
Seems to be a pretty easy coral to maintain. I feed it about once a week and it can eat a lot. Be very careful handling them. They can tear their tissue on their own very large skeletal ridges. Then algae grows on the exposed skeleton and the coral may have a difficult time regrowing that portion. When moving this coral I try to disturb it until it fully retracts and then handle it only from the base. I think they will be fine with most softies. Mine does well with a few mushrooms, zoanthids, and a very small toadstool leather. I also run carbon which may remove some of the secondary metabolites given off by some soft corals.
