Looks very much like it to me.
Just make sure you go for the multi-pronged approach: good flow, lower nutrients, excellent lighting and patience.
It happens to all of us at one time or another...good luck!

Thanks for the info. Flow is good. I think it may just be the tank running its path since it's a fairly new tank (7 months)

ive got it in a few spots scattered around my rock and just a little on the sand bed
