Daisy Coral Woes. Any ideas??

Hi all

My favourite coral has started to retract for an unknown reason. Nothing has changed in my tank and all other corals and fish look healthy.

Parameters:
Ca 489
Alk 10.6
PO4 0.08
Nitrates 5

Any assistance would be great.

No major temp or salinity changes apart from salt to 1.026 and temp changes by +|- 1 deg Celsius
