Damaged order

Hey there,
I received the pump yesterday and the housing has a severe crack in it.

I honestly think it was broken before it was packed because the box it was shipped in was in perfect condition upon arrival from UPS.

Order # 161450A.

Can we work together to get this replaced?

I called the manufacture and left a message. We are currently out of stock. Hopefully they will have the replacement parts and can send that out right away. I will let you know what I find out. Sorry about the damage.

I heard back from the manufacture and we are going to send over an order for the front housing. They will ship that direct to you. If you need anything else just let me know.
