Damaged tail?

I think I damaged my seahorses tail slightly when I had to forcibly remove him from some live rock. I had to capture him to do a pouch evacuation, and he was holding on really tight..

Anyway, he is keeping his tail straight now, and there appears to be an air bubble or a blister on his tail. he wont hitch and the tail appears to be painful as he squirms when he hits it..

I have set up a hospital tank...and have been told I should get some meds...

Anyone have any idea how to get meds like neomyin, triple sulfa, and diamox?
