Damsel behavior in large reef tank

I read Sk8tr's post about damsels being much more docile in tanks larger than 100 gallons. I want to double check and be 100% sure before I do something to potentially make my life into one large damsel induced headache.

Would a yellowtail damsel (Chrysiptera parasema) be a model citizen in a 125 reef?

Chrysiptera species atr more peaceful ingeneral, but in a 125 it shouldnt bother anything in your tank.

I have a few damsels( Fiji devil, Azure, Talbot's, and a black Bar Chromis acts very simular to damsel in behavior) in my DT and they tend to stake out a little area and defend it...as mentioned some species are more aggressive than others

I have 10 yellow tail damsels in my 300 gallon tank and I don't have any issue with them. There are a number of other small fish in the system (2 ocellaris clowns, 8 lyretail anthias, numerous halicheores wrasses, a handful of blenny, flame hawk), and I do not have any agression issues.

Almost all Chrysiptera don't deserve the aggressive reputation of the rest of the damsel family....
Just be sure to add the bicolor blenny and royal gramma first to avoid any agression from similar coloration....

I have a yellow tail in my 150 and he is proably the most aggressive fish in the tank if you get close to his rock. He attacks any fish that gets to close including a 6" melanarus wrasse, 6" yellow tang, 8" blonde naso tang, and my hand while cleaning. He is not scared of anything except a net if I could catch him he would be gone.

I have had a blue devil forever. It can be a butt when introducing new fish, but otherwise not a problem. I should point out that I got 8 originally, he is the lone survivor. I assume they picked each other off.

2 yellowtail and 1 domino. No problems...yet.

I have 2 pair of spawning Talbots in a 250. They show no aggression at all to anything.

I have a small Azure and he is no problem thus far. We will see as he grows.

i would think in a bigger tank, they would be fine
i' kept a yellow tail in a 26 for four years, frequently buddying up with the new fish and keep other fish away from them. and it wasn't an issue until he got too big and cranky. then he got traded in.
