[yamaha racer]

ok i have had my acrylic beat up tank since 2000, but for christmas last year i bought my self a new AGA 55g RR but i got all the plumbing but didnt have enough money for everything else; lights, skimmer, sand(black, looks awsome) so finaly i set it up yesterday so here are some pics
first i painted it

than me and a fellow reefer put it in and put the sand in and aqua scaped it, u say u couldnt aqua scape a 55g? look at this my buddy did an awsome job on it

than we filled it back up and we had 2 put the old filter and skimmer on ity to try to clear it up here a pic of it with the lights on it, i love the t-5s

and heres thge tank but still nasty but i havent figured out how to hang my lights

and the left and right sides

its hard to tell from the pic but there are alot of shelves for corals

my skimmer is awsome was only on for 3 hours and its already working

ok got all my fish in, only have a clown and a goby...lol

the lights i made a little stand out of wood, i painted it black and it works good right now

actinics only(actinic+'s)

daylight and aquablue

i made s spray bar for my overflow into the sump, its really quiet now

and i put my mushroom and polyps in that i didnt give my buddy to hang onto

ill have more pics when i get my corals back from a fellow reefer that is holding them for me

only suggestion I could make would be to put the heater in the sump.

T5s are looking sharp

The sump ia s good place for the heater, Tank is looking pretty good.

I like what you did for that Tek Light. I had one over a 54 corner. The wife didn't want me to hang it, and sitting it on a corner tank was a pain. You've got some nice looking creatures in your tank too.
