Danner pump warranty

I am on a computer that wont let me get on the Danner website but I was wondering if anybody knew the the warranty on the Danner pumps is?

I bought a Mag 5 a few months ago and it is not working anymore. I don't know if something froze with the recent cold fronts we have had but I plug it in and nothing works.

They come with a 3 year warranty just bought one

They may tell you that you have to send it to danner, good luck
