Daylight savings correction

What time is being used for EcoSmartLive and how can I set it to NOT use DST corrections? I live in AZ and we do not observe DST. How about an override option?

If you sign into ESL and select the "Settings" option then "Manage Account" you can manually select your specific timezone.
