DC4 stopped working :(

My DC4 seems to have kicked the bucket. It has been on my tank configured with my DC8 for some time with not changes. I have opened it up to see if the fuse in it blown and the fuse seems to be fine. I also plugged it in the socket directly and tried a circuit tester (3 light type) and nothing happened. None of the three lights lit up at all. Is there any other way to test this thing?

Contacted Curt directly regarding the issue and all I can say is the customer service is #1. I know he probably gets emails from people all the time but he takes time to answer every question. The response time made me feel like I was top priority!
