Dead Chromis in QT

Had this Chromis in my QT along with a Royal Gramma for the last 10 days. QTing before moving to DT. Came home tonight and he was dead at bottom of tank. Check parameters and all looks good. The RG looks healthy. Treated with Prazipro after 3 days. Did a 25% water change yesterday. Looks like he has a mark on his side. Any ideas??

Could have been uronema. It has been very common in chromis lately and the red area would seem to indicate that. Continue to watch the gramma for signs.

Thanks News... It does look like uronema from some of the pics I've seen but other pics look totally different. I'm assuming it takes multiple forms on the fish. I will watch the RG for signs but I've heard that Chromis are much more susceptible.
