Dead cleaner shrimp

Tank is around a month old i think now. Cycled and i added 1 cleaner, 5 tubos and 3 hermits. Then 2 clowns and 3 blue chromis a few sps and a couple of soft corals all fine, shrimp and fish all feeding really well. Parameters all fine. Woke up this morning to a dead shrimp. Looked like he'd tried to shed but failed, as he was hole, but another tail was floating around. He looked completely undamaged.

Any ideas? Just done tests and everything is as it should be. Temp is fine, sg is fine. Doing a water change anyways today.

Bit odd i think

Tank size?
Exact water parameters?
Anything new added?
Any possible contamination?
Calcium levels?
Do you dose calcium or similar?

On an unrelated note, your chromis are likely to kill each other. They aren't schooling fish unless they're being terrorized by larger fish.

Tank is a RSM 130D, so approx 30g. Two stock pumps, stock lighting, tunze nano 4045, tunze 9001 skummer, atc-300 temp controller with 150w heater, ato unit.

Nitrates - 0ppm
Nitrites-0ppm
Ammonia - 0ppm
Ph- 8.2
Temp - steady 26*c
Sg - steady 1.025

I dose coral food every other day and coral grow weekly. The latter contains trace elements including calcium as far as i know.

Nothing new added for a week plus. All feeding well. Chromis dont argue atm. Had 12 in last tank and never had an issue in 2 years, so fingers crossed.

Thanks
