dead icecap 250

i have an icecap 250 that i got from you guys about 6 months ago that doesn't fire up anymore. i tried swapping it around with my other icecaps, pendants, and also rewiring it to confirm it's pooped.

do i deal with you guys or should i deal directly with icecap? i'm indifferent either way.

Hi,

IceCap prefers you deal directly with them. They make it very easy, no ra# is required, just ship the ballast only back to them with a note saying it went bad after 6 months. If you need a copy of your invoice let us know, we can email it to you. I doubt they would give you a hard time though since that version ballast hasn't been out 3 years, so they'll know it's covered under warranty for sure.
