HI JASON, I ordered the 12k 400w REEFLUX. the guy from OTTAWA CANADA.
I left a message and try'd calling today but no responce. I realize PA is not open on the weekends.
I try'd everything to light this lamp and even left it for 8 hours and nothing. looks like a faulty lamp as theres no raised bump of metal were the mogul tab contacts.
anyways, I've been without a lamp on a section of tank and I'm wondering were we go from here? I need a light as I sold the other lamps on the premise of my 12k working. I'll try phoning again and I'm also trying to contact DAVID at CORALVUE. I really want to give theres lamps a try [I have a few tanks] but I'm hoping theres not a quality issue. can you pm me please. thanks
