Dead Yellow Tang with Red Streeks

I bought a Beautiful Yellow Tang from my LFS on 6/14/08 and Less then 24 Hours Later he was Dead.He had Red Streeks all over his Body I have never seen a Fish that looked like That.This is a 90 Gallon Community Tank with Pajama Cardinals and Green Chromis nothing attacked Him.I tested the Water and the Salinity and PH are Normal Nitrates are Low no Ammonia or Nitrite.Anyone have any Ideas all other Fish our Healthy,a Flasher Wrasse I Bought and put in the Tank at the Same Time is Fine.I could use some Help on this Issue if you have Any Ideas.Thank you
