I have my 220g in my family room and as the winter is closing in on us I'm concerned about excess humidity.
I don't have any vents or a seperate fish room.
I was looking for some suggestions on dehumidifiers or anything else that may do the trick.
Look at the Santa Fe or Aprilare models. These are whole whose units that can be satnd alone of can be ducted into your forced air system. A second option might be to look at a Air to Air exchanger with heat recovery. I like the Broan Guardian plus systems, HTH Tim
I have an Aprilare whole house that works very well. This is the most challenging time of year as I have a dedicated fish room wihtin the house so its dependent upon the central HVAC running. It is set to do a fresh air recycle every hour, but I really should have done an additional simple exhaust fan on a dehumidistat to cylcle air when the HVAC didn't need to run.
