Dendro's acting wierd?

I've read that dendro's are suppose to be open all the time, but mine is never open. It's open enough for me to feed it, but its not open enough for any tentitcles to stick out. It only seems to open up after i feed it.... Any input?

How long have you had it? Have you tried moving it around? Mine's picky about flow, some spots it will open nonstop, others only when I feed. Sometimes you just have to train them, feed them right after you turn lights on and that normally gets mine to stay open for a while and open up at the same time after awhile.

I've had it for a couple weeks now... when i first got it, it opened all the time...I'll try moving it around. Thanks
