Deresa Clam getting white Spots might be bleaching??

The clam use to look great. I am trying to figure out what is going on with this clam. I have had if for a year. It started getting white spots about 2 months ago. All params are good. I need some advice????? I have not had good look with clams.

Did you change your lighting?

localized bleaching like that is usually caused by damage or unacceptable water parameters.

please list your parameters and any changes to dosing or other from before you first started to notice the bleaching.

please list all your fish and inverts.

are the patches changing? ( growing in size etc.. )

are you running AC?? if not start now.

was he always next to the LPS?? their stings could have caused the clam to dump the zoox from those regions.

as asked above, any changes to lighting??

what lighting do you have?? and how deep is your tank??
